How To Use

Directions for Use:

1. Turn the cap counterclockwise to loosen and remove it.
2. Fill the bag with cold tap water, crushed ice, or ice cubes until it is three-quarters full.
3. Release any excess air from the bag.
4. Secure the cap back onto the ice bag and turn it clockwise until it's tight.
5. To test for leakage, turn the bag upside down and apply firm pressure.
6. If you are applying the ice bag to sensitive skin areas, wrap the bag in a soft cloth or towel.
7. Apply the ice bag for only 10 to 15 minutes at a time, and wait at least one hour between applications or follow the advice of a doctor or healthcare professional.

Note: Condensation may form on the bag. You can wrap the bag with a towel to absorb excess moisture.

Care and Storage:
Before each use, carefully examine the components. Do not use the bag if there are signs of wear such as cracks or dryness.
After each use, clean the bag with lukewarm tap water. Drain the bag and allow it to dry completely. Replace the cap once the bag is completely dry.
